a sweet haven
clean apartment attentive staff
i was very happy with our one bedroom apartment it was clean and well furnished the staff at reception were attentive and accommodating i felt comfortable and cared for during my entire stay the housekeeping staff were professional in their daily cleaning. i appreciated their respect while i was still in the apartment during their service.
the water system was a bit noisy i could hear water pumping from taps and showers it occurred at various hours this did wake me up a few times during my nights here. i hope this can be addressed as sleep is important for travelers

the apartment included a kitchen with essential utensils perfect for preparing intimate meals the proximity to local markets made grocery shopping convenient for our breakfasts and dinners i enjoyed this aspect of the stay.

the staff were responsive and eager to assist with any queries we had the porters were helpful with luggage and directions reception was open at all times assuring assistance whenever needed it felt very secure.

our apartment was spacious it featured comfortable furnishings creating a relaxing atmosphere the bedrooms were well-appointed with soft linens and ample storage bathrooms were super clean with modern fixtures including a rainfall shower i adored it.

the premises included a well-kept garden where we could take peaceful walks i appreciate it has a fully equipped gym available for all guests the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions magnificent.

i found the reception staff helpful . umesh, chinmay, and taras provided excellent support. the apartment was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities available.

24-hour reception safe location spacious room weekend cleaning squeaking sound washing machine
I found the reception desk manned 24 hours. The location secure hotel. My room was upgraded and spacious. The kitchen included good facilities.
There was a lack of cleaning on weekends. I could clearly hear squeaking sounds from people walking upstairs. I also heard the washing machine in the next room at 6 a.m.
